These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website operated by Laundry Alchemy Pty Limited ("we", "us", "our"), including any purchases made through our online store. By using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Conditions
These Terms are subject to Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here excludes or limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. You agree not to reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of our service without written permission.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account use. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently.
3. Products & Descriptions
We aim to display products accurately but cannot guarantee colours appear exactly as shown on your device. Descriptions may change without notice. Under Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Safety: Laundry capsules are household chemicals. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest. In case of accidental ingestion contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 immediately.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST. Prices may change without notice. Payment is required in full at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or delivery services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a remedy for major failures including a refund or replacement. For minor failures we may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Faulty or incorrect products: Contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a remedy and cover return shipping costs.
Change of mind: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by Laundry Alchemy Pty Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, use bots or scrapers, submit false information, or engage in activity that disrupts the site.
9. Product Safety & Compliance
We comply with all applicable Australian product safety laws. Keep capsules away from children, do not ingest, avoid contact with eyes and skin, store in original sealed container, do not puncture capsules. Report safety concerns to contact@laundryalchemy.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Privacy
Your use of this site is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at the bottom of this page. We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website, except where the claim arises from our own negligence or misconduct.
13. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites linked from our site.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Your consumer law rights in relation to goods already purchased are not affected.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
